My experience with Pinnacle Peak Performance is both personal and professional.
I own a home management company in Scottsdale and they are the go to people for all my clients carpet/tile/grout cleaning
. I have used them for several years and they always do an outstanding job. They are punctual, professional
and great to work with. My clients are always amazed at how great their carpets look after the job is done. In
one case I had a client that had a small dog that soiled the carpets in many places. She was going to re-carpet and I convinced
her to try Joe first. She did and was amazed that all the stains came out. She had tried other providers before that
had not been able to remove the stains. Another client had a tile floor that the grout had turned from light gray to
black over the years. It was like that when they bought the house so they didn't even realize how dirty it was. I called
Joe and asked him to come and assess it , he did and said he could clean it up. When the homeowner returned they were astounded
at how the whole look of the flooring had changed. I would highly recommend Joe Walters and Pinnacle Peak Performance for
even the most difficult carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning jobs.

Very Professional Team. Polished the marble flooring, polished granite counter tops in kitchen, also cleaned
the carpeting in my Vacation Rental Condo. Highly recommend them for polishing & carpets. I was very pleased with their
Professionalism, fair price, and great results. I will use their service every year going forward, absolutely!!! They quoted
first, then scheduled the cleaning, arrived on time, stayed on the job start to finish. Did a fantastic job...we settled up
and I asked them to send a reminder card to me regarding a cleaning in one year.

PM Awesome Carpet Cleaning!!!
Testimonial Pinnacle Peak Performance 480-502-8012. I just had the carpet and tile cleaned at our home this week. The tile/grout had never
been professionally cleaned and the grout was dark gray pretty much in all the high traffic areas of the house. Looked
terrible and bothered me every day…I had worked on it myself and made very little headway. Joe and Linda Walters,
a husband and wife team came out and spent a great deal of time pretreating both carpet and tile/grout, and making certain
that all areas were cleaned thoroughly before they departed. They are offering a special this month through Concierge/Service
Provider Network, 15% off. I have used Joe and Linda for over 10 years on my homes and rental properties. I
will tell you honestly that the tile and grout look BRAND NEW!!! I cannot believe the difference and I cannot stop smiling
when I look at the nice clean floor. The carpets came out great as well, and Joe got out two rust spots from an iron
bed that a previous carpet cleaner (I did not hire!!) could not remove. Joe and Linda also cleaned tile/grout at one
of my rentals a few months back and when they were finished both my tenant and I were amazed to see that even the tile was
a brighter/different color!!! I would highly recommend Joe and Pinnacle Peak Performance. In 10 years they have
never done a less than excellent job for me or my clients.
